  • What is the lead time on services?

Our service lead times vary depending on our current project load. We typically schedule services 2-3 weeks in advance, but we'll provide a more precise timeframe during your estimate consultation.
  • Do you have my specific part?

While we can generally obtain the necessary parts for repairs, we no longer offer retail sales of specific components. Our focus is on providing comprehensive repair services.
  • When does my boat rigging need to be replaced?

Sailboat rigging typically requires replacement every 17-20 years. If you're uncertain about the age of your rigging, we recommend sending us photos or scheduling a rig inspection to assess its condition.
  • Do you help with StackPack repair?

Yes, we offer StackPack replacement and installation services. StackPacks are an excellent investment for protecting your sails and lines from sun damage when not in use.
  • What is a halyard wrap?

A halyard wrap occurs when the furler or top of the main halyard becomes entangled around the mast wire. This is a serious issue that can potentially cause mast failure. It's crucial to prevent or promptly address halyard wraps when they occur.

  • My rigging is rusty, does it need to be replaced?

Minor rust on rigging may only require polishing. However, extensive rust often indicates that replacement is necessary. We recommend scheduling a rig inspection to accurately assess the condition of your rigging.
